- The book was well written but depressing. I had a choice to see "The Road" or "Blindside" and I chose the latter....a very moving film based on a true story....don't miss it.

- Beyonddisgust....I believe the main reason the drywall was purchased from China was because there was a shortage of drywall in the US after Katrina, and it was in the middle of the housing boom, so it had to come from somewhere, and China had an abundance of it.

- I would be mad alright....mad that I was allowed to live in this state for two decades! I have a living will and my family knows that I want no extreme measures to keep me alive. I've lived a good life and I'm not afraid to die; however, I would be afraid to suffer like this poor man did.

- We were out today in S. Florida and there were crowds in every store with lots of good bargains. Don't know if people were buying but they were sure out looking! I've never in my life shopped on Black Friday....no bargain is worth fighting the crowds.

- The baby and any other children she has will be taken from her and she will be declared an unfit mother. The father of this child did not exercise good judgment in letting her go back with the mother. These kind of situations never turn out well and sadly it is the innocent child that suffers.

- Sadly a lot of the delinquencies are because you have to be at least three months behind on your payments before anyone will speak to you regarding any kind of loan modification.

- I wouldn't want to be anywhere near NYC while this trial is going on. I think it is outrageous that these trials are being held in the same city where the tragedy took place. This is a ready made setup for terrorists to strike again, and we are playing right into it.
